3D print allows you to produce parts with even very complex shapes,
single or series, in metals or polymeric materials.
The technologies we use in 3d printing, allow the fabrication of parts of all levels of shape complexity without any limits, including optimized shape parts for weight and cost reduction.
metal casting
For mass production, large parts and specific metal, production in metal casting technology ( lost wax - sand mold ) is more suitable and cost-effective.

CNC machining - finishes
Parts produced can be supplied complete with the required very high precision CNC machining (drilling, threading, flattening, etc.).
We can also supply the parts with the application of finishes (burnishing, galvanic, painting, etc.)
3D scan - Reverse Engineering
3D scanning and reverse engineering service for the creation of the 3D CAD model of existing parts (even very worn ones), usable for production with all technologies, of discontinued spare parts, replicas, design, etc.
3D CAD modeling
To manufacture the part, regardless of the manufacturing technology, the 3D model is always needed.
If the model is not available, our modeling service can make it to your specifications (2D drawings, existing part, sketches, etc.)

topology optimization
In the design phase of the part to be produced, it is possible to optimize the shape with a lightening lattice structure to reduce the amount of material required, weight, production times and consequently costs.
