For mass production (starting from 10 pieces)or if a specific material or color RAL/PANTONE is required, vacuum resin casting technology is more advantageous.
For parts that require very high precision (e.g. threads, dimensional tolerances), or materials not used by 3d printing, CNC working (Computer Numerical Control) can be used.
We can supply parts, in different types of metal (eg AISI 303,304,310,316,403,410,420,430,431,416, 17.4PH, COPPER, BRASS).

When designing the part to be produced, it is advisable to proceed with the optimization of the shape in order to reduce the quantity of material needed, production times and consequently costs.
The best thing is that the topology optimization is done by you, however we offer an optimization service and can provide a free technical and economic evaluation of the topological optimization of your part.
